How to Prepare Your Presentation

Presentation:

Participants must present their presentations to the audiences in the scheduled session during the onsite and online conference. Appropriate presentation time (15 min for video presentation and 5 min for Q&A) will be allocated to every presenter.

Once the presentation is over, the audience will have the opportunity to ask their questions to the presenter.

• Please, be available at least 15 minutes before the presentation.
• The presentation file should be widescreen size (16:9 ratio). This is recommended because, at this size, the projector will show your slide fit to the screen.
• The IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference if the paper is not presented at the conference (including its removal from IEEE Explore).
